We want you to love everything you bring home from Beyond Linen. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.

Domestic Orders

All products purchased from www.beyond-linen.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are free.

Please notify us of your intention within 3 days of delivery by contacting us through our Contact page.

We offer FREE pickup for customers who opt for the online exchange process. The process takes on average 7-10 working days.

Eligible Products

A product is eligible for return or exchange as long as:

It is in saleable condition, unused and unwashed, with original tags and labels attached.
It is in its original packaging.
You have proof of purchase, either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

We Are Unable to Process Your Request If:

The request is made outside the 30-day window from delivery.
The product is damaged through use, washing, or tampering.
Anything is missing from the package, including tags, labels, original packaging, or the order invoice.
The claim concerns styling props or extras shown in product photos (for example, decorative items used in shoots) that were not listed as included on the product page.
The item was purchased from an unauthorized seller or individual. Beyond Linen does not take responsibility for items bought outside our official website, beyond-linen.com.
